The Sunday Longrun exists to build belief in possible by making real effort visible — because trying changes us… even when we fall short. The only way to fail is to not try.
I don’t chase perfect. I chase real. The moments people actually feel, and the stories they’ll want to come back to later.

I capture photos and film that feel true — the grit, the joy, the quiet wins, and the decision points that happen when stopping is an option. Not staged. Not generic. Just real effort, made visible.
If you’ve ever looked back on a day and thought, “That changed me”, you get what I’m doing here.

Running has been my lifelong companion. It’s given me clarity when life got loud, and a place to come back to when I needed to rebuild myself.
It’s never really been about pace for me. It’s about showing up — especially when motivation fades and the reasons not to show up start stacking up. Somewhere out there, you meet yourself. That’s the story I’m always looking for.

I’ve had my share of anxiety and burnout through my corporate years. Running and photography became my sanctuary — not as an escape from reality, but a way back into it. One stride at a time. One frame at a time.
That’s why the photos matter to me. They’re not just images. They’re proof.

There are three ways to experience TSLR:

If you’re running an event or building a brand and you want content that feels real — not staged, not generic — I’d love to hear what you’re creating.
I’m Gold Coast based, available across Australia and beyond. If the story is strong, we’ll work out the logistics.

If you want your story captured properly — the triumphs, the resilience, the simple joy — let’s connect. I take on a limited number of projects each year so the work stays sharp and the stories stay real. If it feels like a fit, I’d be proud to tell it with you. And if you see me out there, say hi.

My wife Chris, and my boys Josh and Ben keep me honest and grounded. They’re a big part of why this matters.
